Our members’ profile
Initially, the
Driver Quality Charter targeted direct operators.
Indeed,
with the emphasis on the service provided to the end-user, we thought that only
companies with their own vehicles would be responsive to this commitment to
quality.
We
very quickly realised that a high quality service is a complete service and
that the end benefit is only one part of this service.
At that point, we integrated into our charter elements which commit our affiliate
members to high standard of quality for all the services they offer, including
those concerning the administrative management of files, whether they relate
to an order or a simple request for information.
From that point on, the doors of our charter were open to any company active
in the personal road transport sector.
We
would ideally prefer to gear our policy to businesses using their own fleet.
Butsince
sub-contracting is common in our industry, sales intermediaries must also be
subject to strict quality standards which are as demanding as those imposed
upon final service providers.
Amongst
our members are therefore Coach, Minibus, and Car operators, operators with
a large
fleet and the self-employed
with one or two vehicles, as well as agencies acting as sales intermediaries.
Any
agent offering personal transport services of any kind must feel involved in
our Driver Quality Charter.
But
what really makes our commitment so strong is that it is not limited to one
country or geographical area.
Indeed,
the main aim of our activity with regard to quality levels is to ensure that
our members are known worldwide; that is why we believe that they should be
presentedin most widely recognised business languages worldwide.
This
is why we offer a presentation in English and French, to which we will add Spanish,
Russian, Italian and German, and the languages of Asia or the Middle East.
Quality
is therefore available in every region of the world, and is available to anyone
who demands and supplies an appropriate and homogenous service
while
respecting the customs, culture and habits of the region in question.
Aware of global issues, including ecology and globalisation, the dynamic and
forward-thinking playersin
the field
have decided tomake
an impact on service improvements with unrivalled quality wherever there is
a need.
