Does the use of the DQC’s quality seal mean that DQC can be held responsible for possible breaches by its members?
The answer is no. And this is explained explicitly in the Charter itself, as well as in the details of promises
Does the seal keep a track of visitors requesting the services of its members?
No, Driver Quality Charter promotes, via this site, operators who have agreed to undergo the quality controls. Visitors to this site who choose the services of any of the affiliate members remain completely anonymous, and Driver Quality Charter receives no commissionfor its role in promoting them, or from any other means.
